Country Ham Sandwich

Country Ham, local Beecher's white cheddar, house pickled local organic fennel, dijon mustard, organic arugula, house herb aioli served on our house herb focaccia, baked fresh every morning.

Order as a full sandwich or a combo: half sandwich served with our signature farm salad. Farm salad made with seasonal organic greens, seasonal organic roasted vegetable, crumbled feta, toasted pepitas, fresh DERU herb blend, house herb vinaigrette.

Half Sandwich & Salad Combo: Sandwich same as above, salad contains dairy, dressing is gluten free, vegan

PACKAGING: Packaged in compostable box with parchment, combo dressing packaged on the side. 

STORAGE: Our sandwiches are ready to eat and best served as soon as possible.
